If your switch does not support POE (power over Ethernet) then you will need to purchase a power supply for the SPA962/SPA942 IP Phones. The adapter will convert voltage for the phones worldwide but the plug is designed for North American and Japanese wall sockets. If you are in another part of the world an extra wall socket adapter will need to be purchased from your local electronics shop.
