In some cases you can go to CMOS BIOS setting, and look for something like "Advance PCI Peripheral Setting". In Audio Device change the setting to "Enable" instead of "Auto" to allow the on-board audio also been detected. The actual details differ depending on the PC make and model as the BIOS settings can be different. You may need to check the PC manual or contact the supplier.
